How long will it take to set up my new InfraCloud instance?
Accounts are created immediately, assuming you pass all of our verification procedures set forth by our system. Once your account has been created within our client portal, you can deploy your instance(s) and customize the specifications accordingly.
What datacenter locations are available for the InfraCloud?
You can deploy InfraCloud instances in our Los Angeles, Dallas, and Miami datacenters.
Do you have SSD storage options?
SSD Storage is currently available in our Los Angeles location - we're working on making this feature available in other locations in the near future.
Do you provide secondary disk support?
Yes. InfraCloud customers can add a secondary disk to their instance and mount it to a mountpoint of their choosing, within the cloud management portal.
