QuadraNet, a leader in hybrid IT, announces that it has acquired the commercial BlackMesh platform, a Content Management System (CMS) hosting solution, from Contegix. QuadraNet also acquires Contegix’s private cloud services and commercial CMS hosting customer base as part of the agreement.
