We provide our colocation clients with a menu of complimentary remote hand services, which are performed by our 24/7/365 on-site QuadraNet staff. For more advanced services, we provide flat-rate pricing. This provides our clients with the fastest possible resolution time at the lowest cost.

Will you announce my own IPv4/IPv6 space? Do you provide BGP sessions?
The short and simple answer to this is yes. We will request an LOA from you in order to announce your IP space. There is no extra charge involved with announcing your own IP space or for providing BGP sessions.
What is your shipping address where I can ship my equipment to?
We will provide you with a unique shipping address once you sign up. You can then ship equipment directly to this address, and we will notify you when your equipment has arrived, pending further directions from you.
Is any IPv6 space included?
Yes, we provide a /64 IPv6 allocation at no extra charge with all colocation plans!
How much DDoS Protection is included with these colocation packages?
By default, QuadraNet includes 3Gbps of its VEST Detect & Mitigate DDoS Protection with these colocation packages, ensuring your infrastructure remains online and uninterrupted in the event of an attack under this size.
